Why is manager unable to view the option to accept attendance regularization requests from their ESS portal?

Attendance regularization involves rectifying or modifying an employee's attendance record to ensure an accurate representation of their true attendance or absence from work. 

To allow the manager to accept employee's attendance regularization, the admin must enable the Attendance Regularization ReviewAttendance Regularization Reviewer, and Attendance Regularization Workflow List access rights. 

To enable the access rights, the admin must perform the following actions: 

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.

     

  2. Select the required user role card and click the Edit icon. A page opens.

  3. From the Category dropdown list, select Attendance.

  4. In the Search search box, enter Attendance Regularization. The table displays all the related features.

  5. Select the Attendance Regularization ReviewAttendance Regularization Reviewer, and Attendance Regularization Workflow List feature’s Read Access and Write Access checkboxes.

  6. Click Save to update the changes. A success message appears.
