Why is admin unable to generate attendance muster report for a complete month?

When the Report Output Type is selected as Excel instead of Excels, the admin faces difficulty to generate the attendance muster report for an entire month. The Excel option imposes limitations on columns and rows.


To generate the attendance muster info report of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.

  2. In the Search box, enter the Attendance Muster Info Report. The form appears.

  3. From the From Date and To Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.

  4. Select All Employees/Selected Employees based on your requirements.

  5. Click Options and fill in all the options as per your requirements.

  6. In the Report Output Type dropdown, select Excels option.

  7. Click Generate to generate the Attendance Muster Info Report.
