What is greytHR’s Alumni Portal?

greytHR's Alumni Portal is the self-service portal for ex-employees or employees who are about to exit the organization. Ex-employees often contact past companies for crucial documents. This creates a long chain of emails, taking up a big chunk of HR’s time. Alumni Portal solves this problem!  

HR admins can now provide limited access to the ESS portal to employees at the time of exit for a fixed amount of time. This access lets ex-employees retrieve and download essential documents, such as payslips, Form 16, IT statements, and letters even after leaving the company. 

The portal enhances efficiency, saves admins' time, and promotes better employee welfare and support. The portal also reduces dependency on admin and makes exited employees self-sufficient. 

Note: The Alumni portal is a paid add-on feature for our Growth and Enterprise plan users in India and the Middle East.
