How can admin reset password for all employees in greytHR?

Passwords are kept confidential and known only to the authorized user to prevent unauthorized access and protect sensitive information.

To reset the password for all the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > Sys Admin Backroom > Information > Sanity Check. The Sanity Check page opens.
Click the Password Checker checkbox.
Click Run Selected Checkers to reset the password for all the employees.

Note: Ensure to get a confirmation from the user before proceeding with this activity, as it will reset passwords for all the employees. After this action all the employees wiill be included in the new joinee invite password list.
