Can admin allow employees to login to their greytHR ESS portal using their email address instead of employee number?

By default, the employees can log in to their greytHR ESS portal using their employee number. However, the admin can customize the log in option on request allowing them to log in using their email address.

To allow employees log in using email ID, the admin must perform the following actions:

From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.
In Search search box, type login field. The table displays the Employee Login Field option.
From the Employee Login Field row, under the Value column, double-click the cell and select Email from the dropdown list.
Click Save to update the login customization. A success message appears.
