Employee Self Service(ESS) provides employees with a range of self-service features and functions, accessible through a secure web portal.
To update the email address, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to View My Info under your Profile Picture. The Employee Information page opens.
- Under the Address tab, click the Edit icon. The Address pop-up appears.
- In the Email text box, enter your email id.
- Click Save to update your email address. A success message appears.
Note: You can view the Edit icon only if the admin allows you to edit your information.
