How can employee update email address in ESS portal?

Employee Self Service(ESS) provides employees with a range of self-service features and functions, accessible through a secure web portal. 


To update the email address, the employee must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR ESS login, navigate to View My Info under your Profile Picture. The Employee Information page opens.
  2. Under the Address tab, click the Edit icon. The Address pop-up appears.
  3. In the Email text box, enter your email id. 
  4. Click Save to update your email address. A success message appears.
    Note: You can view the Edit icon only if the admin allows you to edit your information.
