How can admin enable/disable email option for informing employees about release/lock of IT and FBP declaration?

Informing employees about the release or lock of IT and FBP declarations is crucial for legal compliance, fostering transparency, promoting awareness, preventing misunderstandings, ensuring accuracy, and enhancing overall employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. 


To enable/disable the email option, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > System Settings > Payroll Payroll Preferences. The Payroll Preferences page opens.

     

  2. Under the Employee Declarations section, enable/disable the Mail employees when IT declaration is releasedMail employees when IT declaration is lockedMail employees when FBP is released, and Mail employees when FBP is locked options as per your requirements.

  3. Click Save. A success message appears.
