Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Fri, 16 Feb at 1:08 PM by Product Content Team

A Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP) means customizing the salary breakup of the employees to achieve maximum tax benefits.
The greytHR's FBP Planner page allows the admin to create and release the FBP plan.

The admin can create the FBP plan at the beginning of the financial year, or whenever you want to declare FBP.

To create the FBP, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Admin > FBP Planner. The FBP Planner page opens.

  2. Click Create & Release tab. The list of employees appears.

  3. Using the FBP Status, Employee, and Joining Date filters, customize the employee list.

  4. Select the employees from the list using the checkbox.

  5. Click the Create Plan button to create a new FBP plan. You can also click Create & Release plan to release the plan to employees for declaration.
Note: The Create Plan button allows you to create a new plan on behalf of the employee. The employee doesn't get an option to declare the plan in their ESS portal. The Create & Release button allows you to create a plan and release it to the employee's ESS portal. The employee gets the option to declare the plan from their portal.
