Aadhaar reports are essential for diverse purposes, including identity verification through details such as Aadhaar number, biometric data, and demographic information.
The admin must first configure the access rights to the Export Identities role to download the unmasked Aadhaar card reports.
To configure the read and write access, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens.
Click the Add Role button. A form appears.
In the Role ID text box, enter the relevant ID.
In the Description box, enter the description of the role.
From the Category dropdown list, select Select Category. A list appears.
In the Search search box, enter Export Identities. The table displays the option.
Select the Read Access and Write Access options using the checkbox available next to Export Identities.
Click Save to update the changes.
Note: After enabling the role, as an admin you can download the report using the Export Excel button available on the Identity Verification page. To view the page:
Navigate to Employee > Admin > Identity Verification.
