The Attendance Info page provides extensive details on employees' attendance. It includes details such as daily attendance information, leave records, in and out times and more.
To enable the download option for employees or managers in the Attendance Info page, the admin must perform the following actions:
From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to the Settings icon > User Administration > User > User Roles. The User Roles page opens with a list of roles.
Select the user role as per your requirement and click the Edit icon available on the card.
From the Category dropdown list, select Attendance. A list of features appears.
Select the Read Access and Write Access checkboxes for the options Attendance Info Export - PDF and Attendance Info Export - Excel.
Click Save to update the changes.
