How can admin set session expiry for an employee from greytHR?

Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Sun, 22 Jun at 10:27 PM by Product Content Team

Session expiry is the duration an employee’s login remains active on greytHR, allowing uninterrupted interaction without re-entering credentials. Once the session duration limit expires, employees must log in again for continued access.

To set the session expiry duration, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, click the Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Advanced Options. The Advanced Options page opens.

  2. In the Search search box, enter Session. The table displays the Session Expiration option.

  3. Under the Value column, double-click the Session Expiration row.

  4. From the dropdown list, select the required time duration.

  5. Click Save to update the session expiry duration. A success message appears.
