What is the recommended report admin can generate to view POI declaration details in bulk?

The admin can generate a Proof of Investment Declaration report to view POI declaration details in bulk.

Proof of investment refers to documentation or proofs employees provide to validate their investments in various financial instruments. These proofs are required for tax purposes or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. 

To generate Proof of Investment Declaration report, the admin must perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.

2. In the search box, enter Proof of Investment Declaration.

3. From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the required month.

4. Enable the radio button All Employees/Selected Employees as per requirement.

5. Click Options to customize the report.

6. Enable the checkbox List of employees who has declared POI with zero values.

7. From the Report Output Type dropdown, select the required option.

8. Click Save to save the customization.

9. Click Generate to generate the Proof of Investment Declaration Report.

Note: The Recent Reports page displays the recently generated reports. You can regenerate them by clicking on Run Again.
