How can I initiate onboarding for an employee?

Employee onboarding process integrates a newly hired employee into an organization. Onboarding is a critical process that helps new employees acclimate to the company culture, understand their roles and responsibilities, and develop the skills necessary to succeed in their new positions.

To initiate onboarding for employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal Home page, navigate to the Search Actions search box, and search for Employee Onboarding. The Employee Onboarding page opens.
  2. From the Status dropdown list, select status as Closed
  3. Select all or multiple employees with the Verification Status as Verified using the checkbox available adjacent to the Employee No column. 
  4. Click Initiate Onboarding to initiate the onboarding process for multiple employees.

Note: Before initiating the employee onboarding process, ensure to configure and save the Employee Onboarding Policy page.
