Yes, the admin can re-initiate onboarding for all the employees.


The employee onboarding process for an HR admin typically involves several steps to ensure that new employees are smoothly integrated into the company and provided with the necessary resources and information to start their roles effectively.

To re-initiate onboarding for the employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal Home page, navigate to the Search Actions search box, and search for Employee Onboarding. The Employee Onboarding page opens.
  2. From the Status dropdown list, select status as Closed
  3. Select all or multiple employees with the Verification Status as Verified using the checkbox available adjacent to the Employee No column. 
  4. Click Initiate Onboarding to initiate the onboarding process for multiple employees.

Note: Before initiating the employee onboarding process, ensure to configure and save the Employee Onboarding Policy page.
