How can admin generate summary of salary report of employees?

A salary report provides information on the compensation levels and related data for a particular job position or a group of employees within an organization.


To generate Salary Summary Report of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery.
  2. Using the search search box, search for Salary Summary Report. The form opens.
  3. From the Component Name dropdown list, select the required component name. 
  4. From the Group Level 1Group Level 2, and Group Level 3 dropdown lists, select the required options.
  5. Select the Include Resigned Employees checkbox as per your requirements. 
  6. Click Generate to download the summary of the salary report.
