A salary report provides information on the compensation levels and related data for a particular job position or a group of employees within an organization.
To generate Salary Summary Report of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery.
- Using the search search box, search for Salary Summary Report. The form opens.
- From the Component Name dropdown list, select the required component name.
- From the Group Level 1, Group Level 2, and Group Level 3 dropdown lists, select the required options.
- Select the Include Resigned Employees checkbox as per your requirements.
- Click Generate to download the summary of the salary report.
