No. The customer cannot upload input/output files when a category is locked.
DataShare Hub module helps Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) and their customers to exchange or share the necessary files with each other. To request inputs from your customers, you as a PSP must create an Input category and set a deadline for customers to upload the inputs. After the set deadline the system locks the category automatically.
