How can PSP delete an existing category?

The greytHR DataShare Hub module is a centralized place where Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) and their customers can seamlessly exchange or share the necessary files with each other.


Using the feature, both PSP and customer admins can exchange data input and output files.


To delete an existing category, the PSP must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to DataShare Hub > Setup > Category. The Category List page opens with different category cards.
  2. Click the Edit Category option available on the required category card. A form appears. 
  3. Click Delete Category to delete the created category. The Delete Category pop-up appears. 
  4. Click Confirm to confirm the changes. A success message appears. 

Note: The PSPs cannot delete a category after the customers upload/share the input files.
