The greytHR DataShare Hub module is a centralized place where Payroll Service Providers (PSPs) and their customers can seamlessly exchange or share the necessary files with each other.
Using the feature, both PSP and customer admins can exchange data input and output files.

To setup a new category for the customers to share input files, the PSP must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to DataShare Hub > Setup > Category. The Category List page opens.
  2. Click the Create Category button. The Create Category form appears.
  3. From the Category Type dropdown list, select the required category type.
  4. In the Category Name textbox, enter the required name for the category.
  5. In the Description textbox, enter a brief description about the category.
  6. From the Assign Users dropdown list, select the required user/users from whom you want to request the input files.
Note: Select the Select All checkbox request input files from all the users.
  7. Click Upload Sample. A dialog box opens.
  8. Browse the required file/files from the system and click Open.
Note: Only a maximum of six samples is accepted.
  9. Select the Active/Inactive option as per your requirements.
Note: The Active option enables the customers to view the created category. The Inactive option restricts the customers to view the created category.
  10. Click the Save button. The Create new Category pop-up appears.
  11. Click Confirm to set up the new category. A success message appears.
