How can admin manually override employee wise attendance?

The admin can override employee attendance through Status wise and Timewise.
Overriding employees' attendance manually refers to the process of manually adjusting or modifying the recorded attendance data for employees in situations where there are inaccuracies or exceptions.


To override the attendance of an employee through Status wise, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave Admin Manual Override. The Manual Override page opens.
  2. From the Search by Emp No/ Name search box, search for the employee whose attendance you want to override. 
  3. Under the Employee wise tab, from the Date From and to calendars, select the required dates.
  4. Click the Show button to display the employee attendance of the selected date period.  
  5. Select the check box of the required date for which you want to override the attendance of the selected employee.  
  6. Select the check box of the required date for which you want to override the attendance of the selected employee. 
  7. Under the Override column, click Status Wise.
  8. Under the Override column, under Session1 and Session2 sub-columns, select the status of Session1 and Session2 from drop-down list.
  9. Click the Override button.
