How can admin delete employees' overridden attendance?

The admin can delete an employee's overridden attendance manually on greytHR's Manual Override page. 


Override attendance refers to a situation where someone has the authority or permission to modify or change the recorded attendance of an employee.


To delete employees' overridden attendance, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave Admin Manual Override. The Manual Override page opens.
  2. Click the Override tab. A form appears. 
  3. From the DateEmployee Filters, and Employee dropdown filters, select the required option to customize the search. A list of employees whose attendance you have already overridden appears.
  4. Select the employees using the checkboxes. 
  5. Click the Delete button. The Delete pop-up appears. 
  6. Click Confirm to delete the overridden attendance details of the selected employees.
