How can admin generate PF Form 5 report?

The PF Form 5 report is a monthly report which gives a list of employees who joined the company in the current month. This report also indicates the employees whose payroll is processed for the first time.


To download the Form 5 report, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page appears.
  2. In the search search box, enter Form 5.
  3. Select the PF-Form 5-Consolidated statement of members joining PF form.
  4. In the Joined between and To dropdown calendars, select the required dates.
  5. Select the First Payroll Employees checkbox to generate reports of newly joined employees.
  6. From the Sort by dropdown list, select the required option.
  7. Click Generate Returns File to download the file.
  8. Click Generate to download PFForm 5.
