How can admin download employee's leave details?

A leave is authorized time off from work, school, or responsibilities for personal, medical, or other necessary reasons.

To download the employee’s leave details, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Information > Employee Leave. The Employee Leave page opens.
  2. From the Search by Emp No/ Name search box, search for the employee whose leave details you want to download.
  3. Click Download. The Export Leave Transactions pop-up appears.
  4. From the From and To dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
  5. From the Leave Type dropdown list, select the type of leave.
  6. From the Leave Transaction dropdown list, select the type of leave for which you want to generate the report.
  7. From the Order by dropdown list, select the required order.
  8. From the Generate as, select Excel/PDF as per your requirements to generate leave details.
  9. To generate the employee’s leave details, click Generate.
