How can admin export leave calendar details?

A leave calendar is a visual representation or schedule that displays the approved leaves and time-off requests of employees within an organization.

To export the leave calendar details, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Main > Leave Calendar. The Leave Calendar page opens.
  2. Using the Category and Transaction Type dropdown filters, customize the list of leave availed by the employees.

  3. Click the Export To Excel button to generate the report. The report downloads in Excel format.
