How can admin generate IT Savings Other Reports?

An Income Tax savings report is a document or statement that provides an overview of the various tax-saving investments and expenses incurred by an individual or entity during a specific financial year.


To generate an IT Savings Other Reports, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter IT Savings Other Reports. The IT Savings Other Reports form opens.
  3. From the Report Type dropdown list, select the required option.
  4. From the Financial Year dropdown list, select the relevant financial year.
  5. From the Sort By dropdown list, select the report order.
  6. From the Employee Type dropdown list, select the employee category.
  7. Click Options to customize the report.
  8. From the Report Output Type dropdown list, select the type of output of the report.
  9. Click Save to save the customizations.
  10. Click Generate to generate the IT Savings Other Reports.
