Which attendance policy is applied to employees working in both regular and split shifts?

There can be scenarios where some of the employees are required to work in a combination of regular and split shifts. 


For example, on Monday and Thursday, an employee is assigned to work on a regular shift, and on Tuesday, Friday, and Wednesday on a split shift. Manual assignment of attendance policy every day as per the change becomes quite a task for the admin. 


With the greytHR Split Shift functionality, the admin can configure an attendance policy for both regular and split shifts in a single attendance scheme. The admin can then assign the attendance policy to employees as per the shift type.
