How can admin generate employees Bonus Statement?

A Bonus Statement of employees is a document that outlines the details of bonuses or incentive payments provided to employees by their employer.


To generate Bonus Statements of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. In the search box, enter Bonus Statement. The Bonus Statement form opens.
  3. Select All Employees/ Selected Employees option.
  4. If you have chosen the Selected Employees option, select the employees using the check boxes adjacent to the employee names.
  5. Click Options to customize the report.
  6. Click Generate to generate the Bonus Statement.
