A Bonus Statement of employees is a document that outlines the details of bonuses or incentive payments provided to employees by their employer.
To generate Bonus Statements of employees, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- In the search box, enter Bonus Statement. The Bonus Statement form opens.
- Select All Employees/ Selected Employees option.
- If you have chosen the Selected Employees option, select the employees using the check boxes adjacent to the employee names.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Generate to generate the Bonus Statement.
