How can admin download Income Tax Statement of individual employee?

An income tax statement, is a document that individuals and entities file with the tax authorities to report their income, calculate the amount of tax owed, and request refunds if applicable. 


To download the Income Tax Statement of an individual employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Payroll > Payroll Inputs > Income Tax. The Income Tax page opens.
  2. Click the select an employee search box, and from the dropdown list select Current Employees.
  3. In the enter employee name or number search box, enter the employee’s name or number whose report you want to download.
  4. Select the required month and year.
  5. Click Download to generate the Income Tax Statement of an individual employee.
