Yes. The admin can disable the employee rights manually. However, we do not recommend this.
The employees and managers are informed to apply/review leave on or before 31 December (if January-December leave year is followed) and 31 March (if April-March leave year is followed).
As an admin, if you want to restrict the employees from applying leave for a certain period, you must customize by adding a lock configuration. To add a lock configuration:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Admin > Lock Configuration. The Lock Configuration page opens.
- Click Add Lock Configuration. The form opens.
- From the Category Type dropdown list, select the relevant category.
- From the From Date and To Date dropdown calendar, select the required dates.
- From the Effective Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.
- Click Save to lock the configuration.
