Email status indicates the progress of an email at various stages of its lifecycle, from being sent to being delivered or encountered with an issue.
To check the email delivery system, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > Sys Admin Backroom > System Log > Email Log. The Email Log page opens and displays a list of all the emails sent and their details. Admin can view the status of the emails sent under the Status column.
