How can admin configure mail templates using greytHR?

Mail templates are the pre-written messages that can be used as a starting point for composing emails. 


To configure mail templates using greytHR, the admin must perform the following actions: 


  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings Miscellaneous Mail Template List. The Mail Template List page appears.
  2. Click +Add Mail Template. A form appears. 
  3. In the Name textbox, enter the required mail template name.
  4. From the Category dropdown list, select the required category.
  5. In the Mail To textbox, enter the required email address.
  6. In the Fixed CC textbox, enter the required email address
  7. In the Subject textbox, enter the relevant subject line.
  8. In the Body description box, enter the relevant content of the mail template.
  9. Click Upload File. A dialog box appears. 
  10. Browse the required file and click Open
  11. Select the HTML mail. checkbox as per your requirements.
  12. Click Save to add the mail template. A success message appears.
