Mail templates are the pre-written messages that can be used as a starting point for composing emails.
To configure mail templates using greytHR, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > Miscellaneous > Mail Template List. The Mail Template List page appears.
- Click +Add Mail Template. A form appears.
- In the Name textbox, enter the required mail template name.
- From the Category dropdown list, select the required category.
- In the Mail To textbox, enter the required email address.
- In the Fixed CC textbox, enter the required email address
- In the Subject textbox, enter the relevant subject line.
- In the Body description box, enter the relevant content of the mail template.
- Click Upload File. A dialog box appears.
- Browse the required file and click Open.
- Select the HTML mail. checkbox as per your requirements.
- Click Save to add the mail template. A success message appears.
