How can I generate Form B - Statement of employers contribution received by the welfare commissioner - Labour Welfare fund - Delhi report?

To generate Form B - Statement of employers contribution received by the welfare commissioner - Labour Welfare fund - Delhi report, perform the following actions:

1. From the greytHR Admin portal navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
2. Under the All Reports tab, in the search box, enter Form B - Statement of employers contribution received by the welfare commissioner - Labour Welfare fund - Delhi. The form opens.
3. From the Year dropdown list, select the required year.
4. From the Period dropdown list, select the required period.
5. Click Options to customize your report.
6. Enter the required details and click Save to save the customization. 
7. Click Generate to generate the report. You can also click Mail me if you want the report on mail.
   Note: You can view the generated report under the Recent Reports page.
