How can admin generate Loan Balance Report?

The Loan Balance Report provides the loan status of the existing loan with the total deducted, pending amount, and EMI details. you can generate this report after processing the salary.

To generate the Loan Balance Report, the admin must perform the following actions:

From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
In the search box, search for Loan Balance Report. The Loan Balance Report page opens.
From the Loan Type dropdown list, select the loan type as per your requirements.
From the Group By dropdown list, select the required option.
From the Order By dropdown list, select the required option.
Select the Summary checkbox if applicable.
Click Options to customize the report.
Enter the required details and click Save to save the customization.
Click Generate to generate the report.
Note: You can view the generated report under the Recent Reports page.
