How can admin check status of employee confirmation?

greytHR's Confirmation module offers a hassle-free transition from probation to a full-time employee.


To check the status of the employee confirmation, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to Employee > Information > Employee Profile.  
  2. In the search box, enter the employee name and select the employee from search results. 
  3. Now, go to the Current position to view the confirmation status of the employee. 


Admin can also check the status of employee confirmation through the workflow pages. To check the status of employee confirmation through the workflow pages, the admin must perform the following actions: 

  1. From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to WorkflowMonitor > Confirmation.  
  2. From the List dropdown list, select Completed. The system loads and displays the list of employees for whose confirmation is completed.   
  3. Click the particular confirmation card to view the confirmation details.

Note: You can also search for the employee name in the Employee dropdown list to view the confirmation details of an employee.
