Yes, if the final reviewer confirms or extends the probation of an employee, the employee will receive the notification through email. Also, employees can view their confirmation status in their ESS portal.
greytHR's Confirmation module offers a hassle-free transition from probation to a full-time employee.
To view the confirmation status, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin portal, navigate to View My Info > Employment & Job > Joining & Confirmation Details.
- Click View Confirmation Status to see the confirmation status.
