Can employees view their confirmation status from their ESS portal?

Yes. Employees can view their confirmation status in their ESS portal. 

When an employee successfully completes the probationary period or trial period, the employer confirms their employment by issuing an employee confirmation letter or by providing a written or verbal confirmation of their permanent employment status. 

To view the confirmation status, the employee must perform the following actions: 

1. From the greytHR ESS portal, navigate to View My Info. The Employee Information page opens.
2. Click the Employment & Job tab. The Employment & Job page opens. The employee can view confirmation status under Joining & Confirmation Details section.
