Family Pension Fund is a financial support system that is given to the family after the death of the employee. The pension is usually paid to the spouse or dependent children of the employee.

The Employee Pension Scheme (EPS) is a social security scheme in India that provides pension benefits to employees who are members of the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF). EPS is a part of the overall EPF scheme and is managed by the Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO).

The Employee Pension Scheme involves both employee and employer contributions from the employee's salary, leading to a monthly pension upon retirement or meeting eligibility criteria.
