What is contribution or deduction percentage for PF?

Created by Product Content Team, Modified on Fri, 15 Mar at 1:08 PM by Product Content Team

As per government law, an employee contributes 12% of the salary for a contribution towards the Provident Fund (PF). From the employer’s share of contribution, 8.33% is contributed towards the Employee Pension Scheme (EPS) and 3.67% to the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) Scheme.

If the government revises the PF percentage, an update in the PF and PF formula is done in the greytHR application at the earliest.
