PF Form 12A is used by employees to nominate family members as beneficiaries for their PF funds. It ensures the distribution of funds to chosen nominees upon the employee's demise.
To generate PF Form 12A, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- Using the search box, search for PF - Form 12A - PF Monthly Statement of Consolidation paid. The form appears.
- In the PF Filing Location dropdown search box, search for the location.
- In the No of Subscriber as per last month textbox, enter the number of subscribers of last month.
- In the No of New Subscribers textbox, enter the number of new subscribers.
- In the No of Subscribers left Service, enter the number of subscribers who left the service.
- Select Include Past Employees using the checkbox if you want to include past employees in the report.
- Click Generate Return File to generate the return file.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Save to save the customization.
- Click Generate to generate the PF Form 12A.
