Form 3A refers to a document used in the context of the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme in India.
To generate Form 3A, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
- Using the search box, search for PF - Form 3A. The form appears.
- From the From Date and To Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.
- Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
- Click Generate Return Files/Generate EDI Format as per your requirements.
- Click Options to customize the report.
- Click Save to save the customization.
- Click Generate to generate Form 3A.
