How can admin generate Form 3A?

Form 3A refers to a document used in the context of the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme in India.


To generate Form 3A, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Reports > Reports Gallery. The Reports Gallery page opens.
  2. Using the search box, search for PF - Form 3A. The form appears.
  3. From the From Date and To Date dropdown calendar, select the required date.
  4. Select All Employees/Selected Employees as per your requirements.
  5. Click Generate Return Files/Generate EDI Format as per your requirements.
  6. Click Options to customize the report.
  7. Click Save to save the customization.
  8. Click Generate to generate Form 3A.
