How can admin process attendance?

Processing employees' attendance refers to the systematic handling and management of attendance-related data and activities for employees within a time and attendance system.


To process the attendance, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Leave > Admin > Process Attendance. The Process Attendance page opens.
  2. Click Process Attendance. The Process Attendance pop-up appears.
  3. From the From Date and To dropdown calendars, select the required dates.
  4. Select All Employees or Selected Employees.
  5. Click Process to process attendance with synchronized swipes.
