Employers issue Form 16 certificates to their employees, which provide details of the salary earned and the tax deducted at source (TDS) during a financial year.
To enable/disable the front page/cover page of Form 16, perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Payroll > Admin > Form 16. The Form 16 page opens.
- Under the CURRENT SETTINGS, click the Settings button.
- In the Preferences, under the Form 16 Generation, select/clear the Show Form16 Cover Page using the checkbox.
- Click Save to enable/disable the front page/cover page of Form 16.
