How can admin update company details on Form 16?

Form 16 contains the details such as the TDS deducted from the employee and paid to the government for the financial year.


To update your company details on Form 16, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Settings icon > System Settings > General > Company Settings. The Company Settings page opens.
  2. In the Company name textbox, enter the company name.
  3. In the Company Address textbox, enter the company address.
  4. Click Save to update your company details on Form 16.
