Maintaining the employee profile in an organization is important to keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, job history, performance, and personal details.
To upload an employee’s profile picture, the admin must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee > Information > Employee Profile. The Employee Profile page appears.
- From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose profile picture you want to upload or update.
- Click Upload Photo to upload the photo in the greytHR database from your device. A success message appears.
