How can admin upload an employee’s profile picture in greytHR?

Maintaining the employee profile in an organization is important to keep accurate and up-to-date records of employee information, job history, performance, and personal details.


To upload an employee’s profile picture, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee Information Employee Profile. The Employee Profile page appears.
  2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose profile picture you want to upload or update.
  3. Click Upload Photo to upload the photo in the greytHR database from your device. A success message appears.
