How can admin delete an employee’s profile picture?

Deleting an employee generally refers to removing or terminating an employee's records from the human resources or payroll system of an organization.  


To delete an employee’s profile picture, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee Information Employee Profile. The Employee Profile page appears.
  2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose profile picture you want to delete.
  3. Click the Delete icon, available next to the Upload Photo button to remove the employee’s picture from the greytHR database.
