Can admin assign multiple leave schemes to an employee?

A leave scheme typically refers to a structured and organized plan or system within an organization that outlines policies and procedures related to employee leaves. 


No, the admin cannot assign multiple leave schemes to an employee.
You can assign one leave scheme to an employee at a time. However, you can change an employee’s leave scheme as per the requirement.


The Position History page displays all the leave schemes assigned to the employee to date.


To view the history of the leave scheme assigned to an employee, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. From the greytHR Admin login, navigate to Employee Information Position History. The Position History page opens.
  2. From the Search Employee search box, search for the employee whose leave scheme history you want to view. 
  3. The Leave Scheme category displays the complete history of all the leave schemes assigned to the selected employee.
