How can admin activate email notifications in PMS?

PMS refers to a structured and systematic approach to managing employee performance within an organization.


To activate email notifications in PMS, the admin must perform the following actions:

  1. In the skills2talent portal, on Admin Dashboard, under CORE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (ADMIN SELF SERVICE: ASS), click Workflow based Email Notification Settings. Email Notification Settings page opens.
  2. From the left navigation, select Performance Management System (MBO-PMS) & Add-Ons Email Notifications.
  3. Select the checkboxes for all the notifications you want to activate.
  4. Click Save My Email Notification Settings at the end of the page to activate email notifications.
