Skills2Talent™ is a suitable player since 2013 in the people performance management domain and offers different PMS (Performance Management System) products. This uniquely differentiated products portfolio includes SMB PMS, enterprise PMS, and OKR PMS (OKR Stars™).
To sync data in PMS, perform the following actions:
- In the skills2talent portal, on Admin Dashboard, under CORE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT (ADMIN SELF SERVICE: ASS), click HRIS/Employee Database Management. The Employee Database page opens.
- Click Import greytHR database. a pop-up appears.
- Click OK to confirm the sync.
