Performance management involves assessing, managing, and improving the performance of individuals, teams, and organizations. 


To change the weightage of elements in the performance review of all employees, the admin must perform the following steps:

  1. Create a group that includes all employees.
  2. Initiate the PMS review for the newly created group with the required weightage.
    Note: Enter the weightage as per your requirements.
