Helpdesk is a greytHR internal ticketing system that helps an employee to raise a ticket to solve queries.
To view the status of the previous helpdesk request raised, the employee must perform the following actions:
- From the greytHR mobile application, navigate to Explore > Helpdesk. The Helpdesk screen appears.
- Tap the History tab. A list of requests appears and each request displays the status such as Closed/Withdrawn.
