Granting leave to employees refers to the process in which an employer or supervisor approves and allows an employee to take time off from work for a specific period. Leave can be granted for various reasons, including vacation, illness, personal reasons, family emergencies, or other circumstances.

To configure the interval period for granting leave to employees, perform the following actions:

  1. From your greytHR Admin login, navigate to the Quick Start Guide option > Track your employees leave > Leave Settings. A list of leave cards appears on the right side.
  2. Click the Edit icon available next to any type of leave. The card expands.
  3. From the Leave Granting Frequency dropdown list, select the required option.
  4. Click Save Changes to update the changes. A success message appears.
  5. Click Ok & Continue to proceed further.
